  • Anabella has moved to a non-library position so she’s leaving the subcommittee. She will be missed.

Communications

Holiday Plan update - Jennifer and Alexis

  • Prizes, Gifts!

  • For gifts, there are a large number of invitees with varying degrees of involvement. A small gift card will be provided to those on Confluence invite page.

  • PowerPoint has been updated with music and college logos and will run on a loop.

  • Presentation will run on a loop for first 10 mins of party played by Aura.

  • Jennifer to finalize Kahoot questions.

  • Marnie will be the MC.

Branding Survey Results - Alexandra and Aura

  • A short survey was sent to CLO 18 directors about a shared brand, 12 responded positively. Alexandra added results for Briefing Note for ISC for request for funds to hire branding consultant.

Branding Briefing Note update from the ISC - Jane

  • The ISC approved Briefing Note requesting funds and OCLS will support the issuing of Expression of Interest (EOI) to various marketing firms.

  • Next steps:

  • Capture from the Briefing Note

     

Branding Expression of Interest Draft - Alexandra and Jane

The draft EOI has been started and Alexandra and Jane will finalize it and work with OCLS to distribute. Marnie and Liana will help with the other remaining tasks.

Ex Libris Promotional Templates (Liana)

OCLS met with Ex Libris and they have certain promotional material templates for rolling out to external stak holders that may be useful.

Training

  • Training planning will need to start in the new year. This will likely involve connecting with Discovery/Customer Service/Front End Subcommittee. We will need 2-3 volunteers for this work.
