NOTES:

Do we break it down to sub-sub or stay together as one?

We need to start with a fulsome discussion on each of these areas?

ie. Branding - does each college want the same brand?

Two separate audiences - 1. branding for students, external audiences/users 2. early work might be focused about branding change management - the rest of the library staff, enthusiasm and momentum for our staff.

Training - helping people navigate the documentation also has a promotion and communication component

Harness that better put in a meaningful context

PMO is trying to compress some of the information available Ex Libris KB and make it more accessible to our local community.

Exlibris will be doing a lot of the training.

Status report “template” for semi regular communication?
