Action Items from Previous Meeting

@Jennifer Mo (Unlicensed) to add new reports identified by @Rebecca Pearson and @Lingling Jiang to a “Shared Reports” folder; these reports can be modified at a later date. However, they are meant to reflect, as best they can, the reports currently run by CLO

Notes:

Reports/dashboards identified as CLO reports are in the folder Shared Folders/OCLS Ontario Colleges Library Services 01OCLS_NETWORK/SAD subcommittee/CLO Reports or Dashboards.

Reports/dashboards identified as other useful reports are in the folder Shared Folders/OCLS Ontario Colleges Library Services 01OCLS_NETWORK/SAD subcommittee/Other Reports or Dashboards.

In the folder …/CLO Reports or Dashboards, I have included two OCLS test reports for electronic inventory count and physical inventory count to demonstrate how CLO reports can be run in NZ.

@Liana Giovando and @Gordana Vitez to consult with Mowhawk (LIT Sandbox) about this decision in the next ISC meeting (08/30/2022)
@Liana Giovando to add a note to the Sandbox Management Guidelines concerning the frequency of the documents updates/revisions
@Liana Giovando to create a briefing note concerning the Sandbox Management Guidelines
@Liana Giovando and @Gordana Vitez to present the briefing note to the ISC in next week's meeting (08/30/2022)

Discussion Items

  • Welcome, Robert!

  • Update from the ISC

  • Testing Alma & Primo releases - If OCLS takes on the responsibility for testing new releases, what are colleges’ expectations for the new release testing? Beyond testing, are there other things OCLS can do to help colleges with new releases? (Jennifer)

  • Analytics

    • When will the NZ shared analytics reports be available?

      • Both the shared analytics related to the CLO survey data and the other data points the Colleges indicated in the shared reports table.

      • (Expected date of completion - to help Colleges decide if they want to start adapting their own reports)

  • Any other items
