Update from the ISC
Moving forward (as of January) the Implementation Steering Committee (ISC) will be known as the Page Turners.
The Page Turners will be comprised of the same members, with a slightly different arrangement in tasks and positions.
Brief update about the CLO Meeting on November 30th
No applicable information to this subcommittee
This committee is looking, as was previously proposed, as a “sleeper cell”/”sleep agents”, meaning that they would become active when needed for certain projects
Suggestion to schedule quarterly or monthly meetings for projects and updates, with the possibility of “on-call” meetings when the need arises.
Anonymization in Analytics (Tony)
Provided a overview via screen share
It is possible to add Anonymization on the Network level and leave it off the institution zone
Anonymization of Analytics primarily pertains to the anonymization of personally identifying information when running user reports
There is a way to anonymize everything except for Name and Primary Identifier (if it is ever needed)
Analytics Anonymization could be used in future if institutions were sharing reports and information (it would only show report structures, not the actual report data)
Applicable page can be found here: Anonymizing Analytics Report Details - Ex Libris Knowledge Center (exlibrisgroup.com)
Update on Shared Analytics Reports and Dashboards (Lingling)
The group has been working on General Statistics Report/Fulfillment Dashboards during their meetings
The current report being worked on is almost complete
How to proceed:
Work to serve a need, rather than meeting for the sake of meeting
Continue work in early January - aiming to finish the report currently being worked on
View these meetings as a project/working group
ACTION ITEM: @Lingling Jiang to send out a poll for times and hours for the SAD Hours (2 meetings) to finish the fulfillment dashboards
Meeting Frequency
Suggested that this group function as a Project based group
Possibility for individuals to chose where to participate based on interest and expertise
Frequency:
Possibly a break after the holidays - begin meeting again in February
Suggested that the next meeting be held in February, after fulfillment is complete, this will allow the committee a short break after the holidays
John to confirm as he will be the new subcommittee chair
The SAD Working Hours to meet in the beginning of January to complete the current report
