@Liana Giovando to request training from third-party vendors (Oasis and Gobi) in Study Group to resolve acquisitions questions

Training LibGuide - The LibGuide continues to be updated with training materials. We request that if your staff is making any training materials (powerpoints, word docs, etc) that they share these materials so they can be added to the LibGuide.
Study Group - there will be a special study group held on June 22 about the new branding information that has been provided - an update from Aubs&Mugg answering questions and information on branding navigation.
Governance Module - Continued consideration on what will happen after Go-Live, namely which committees will still be needed and what their function will be.
Swag Now Available - an allowance will be provided to each of the collages to purchase Page 1+ swag if desired.
MARC Record Update - Options are still being looked into - however, it appears that there will be the option for temporary records if need be and that colleges will seldom need to create their own records. If records are needed they will adhere to the CLO Metadata Standards created by Met/Cat (still being finalized)

The ERM Workflow Process works - however, it is still unclear how deposit accounts will be managed and this will require more discussion.
Individuals are encouraged to work on it and for vendors to be distributed before the Go Live date is reached
