Subcommittee Chair Update from Implementation Steering Committee (Dijana)

• The ISC continues to work on the “Page 1+ Steering Committee”/ ”Page Turners”. Primarily, focusing on the roles and responsibilities of the group

• The ISC is requesting each subcommittee make a short list of what the subcommittees the current responsibilities are and what tasks need to continue as we move forwards

Review CLO Metadata Standards Excel Sheet - Resolve Yellow Tabs

• Discussion surrounding the inclusion of a new tab to be added to the excel table. This tab would reflect encoding standards for the Canadian Commons Collection maintained by OCLS.

• The subcommittee continued to resolve yellow tab content in Excel sheet

• Computer Software has been resolved and is ready to be added to the LibGuide

• ACTION ITEM: @Lauren Rupert to add “Computer Software” information to the LibGuide Table

• Project to continue in the next subcommittee meeting

Discuss “Quick Reference Tools” for the LibGuides (Aura) (Deferred)

• The subcommittee has agreed to finish the CLO Metadata Standards before moving to the “Quick Reference Tools” - this will ensure the standards are completed and that their is a solid foundation for to work from.

Discuss cataloguing examples for the LibGuide (Deferred)

• To find examples the subcommittee will first examine pre-existing resources that can be repurposed. If examples cannot be found, then new examples will be made.

• This project will be completed before moving to the “Quick Reference Tools” projects as it is part of the CLO Metadata Cataloguing Standards project

• The examples will be collected by subcommittee members and brought back to the subcommittee for review before being added to the LibGuide
