  • Update on E-Resources visibility

  • Questions on E-Resource troubleshooting (continuation from yesterday)

  • Health Check-List

    • Similar to the Go-Live checklist. However, it is a more formal checklist for testing. Identifies issues for Ex-Libris to fix.

    • Will be located on Basecamp - due August 26th

  • Walk through of how to add items in Alma

    • Primarily how to change/add roles to have item-adding capabilities

  • Reference to Weekly Project Meeting on setting up predictions

  • Questions about resources that have more than one material

    • Missing pop-ups when checking in resources that contain more than one material (book with CD)

    • Solution: Add a fulfillment note (which can be seen privately), which will prompt you to check the resource when it is returned

  • Round Table: Reflecting on the first week of Implementation - The Roses and Thorns
