  1. Sheridan experiencing security access issue to Primo VE using regular URL (college friendly URL as opposed to ExLibris URL) which was a security certificate issue (can confirm by using the exlibris url:

https://XXXX.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=XXXXX

If access is fine with the ExLibris URL than it is a local security certificate issue. College should have received a notification if the ExLibris URL needs a certificate renewal.

 

  1. Algonquin had a specific online journal title with indexed articles from the CZ that did not have access information

  • need to make a local collection and add a portfolio for the journal and/or a bib record
