SaaS Agreement Update

  • We received a new version of the agreement on July 30th with a consolidation of proposed and accepted changes to the contract. Our team is reviewing and updating proposed changes and plan to return a new version to Ex Libris by Wednesday or Thursday this week.

  • ACTION ITEM: Liana to update ‘Summary of Issues' and deliver to ISC.

  • ACTION ITEM: VR to prepare update to CLO18 on the status of the agreement and the project.

Update on Alma and Primo Implementation Details (Annex E)

Updates from Subcommittee Chairs

We asked each Chair to provide a brief update. For example, have you met yet, what communication have you had, what are you working on.

  1. Rachel (Discovery/Customer Service/Front End) - No meetings held yet, but sent poll to schedule meetings. Still to consider is how regularly to meet. The committee will also review the draft Terms of Reference.

  2. Jane (Training/Communications/PR) - meeting scheduled for August 18th. Agenda is in Confluence 2021-08-18 TCPR Notes

  3. John (Systems/Analytics/Data) - met twice, meeting scheduled for every two weeks. Agendas and Minutes in Confluence: https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/l/c/N4m0TURi

  5. Leigh (eResources/Acquisitions) is having the first meeting tomorrow and will add her agenda to our shared site as well. Working on ToRs and will review Early Learning Material Early Learning and Recommendations . If the committee properly digests that information and is ready for more, they can review the eResource Migration - Backgrounder Briefing Note but please keep in mind this is very much just a DRAFT.

  • The PMO is still working on preparing the initial drafts of a handful of Briefing Notes that will be passed on to the Subcommittees asap.

  • ACTION ITEM: Liana to create new section under the ISC pages to store BN’s and move all draft BNs to that section.

  • Committee Guidelines / Introducing Page 1+ Implementation Project

  • ACTION ITEMS: These section are now ready for your review. Please take a moment to look over the content in both sections. In particular, please spend time thinking about the Guiding Principles that are included in the “Introducing the CLSP” section. Yon can add comments by highlighting text in Confluence and selecting the “Comment” function.
