Important Updates

• Congrats to all colleges on accepting their Alma environments! It may not have been as smooth as we were hoping in every instance, but we appreciate your hard work to reach this milestone. There is still work we need to do, but Alma offers tools to make clean up easier and we have the support of the Ex Libris team to help. The next week will be all about clean up!

• All Primo VEs have been released for review and acceptance and in some cases, Fulfillment Data is also ready for review.

Communications

This section highlights communications activities for college liaisons/communications & marketing staff. Please see the Launch Communications Plan for more details.

• We are in Phase 3: Go Live! Communications for this phase include:

  • Draft email announcement about the Page 1+ launch for Tuesday for college faculty/staff

  • Distribution about a news release about the launch to CLO and external parties

  • A webpage that provides an overview of Page 1+ at page1plus.ca

• We look forward to seeing your promotional material and celebration photos.

• Please remember to submit your expense forms to OCLS for your celebration allowance.
