Sandbox Refresh

Hello,

As stated in the Alma & Primo VE Sandbox Management Guideline, OCLS will request a refresh twice a year in June and December for the Page 1+ Colleges Sandbox.

The refresh deletes all data and configurations in the sandbox and replaces it with the standard data and configurations provided by Ex Libris. The refresh process typically takes 4 to 5 days. The sandbox will be unavailable during this period. Please ensure that you have made copies of data and configurations if they are important to you before the refresh date.

Ex Libris requires at least 30 days’ notice between the request and the desired refresh date. OCLS will submit a support case with Ex Libris on Friday, November 11th. We hope the refresh can be done between December 19th and December 30th. OCLS will update you with the actual refresh date once they get confirmation from Ex Libris.

OCLS will also request a refresh for the Page 1+ OCLS Sandbox and the Page 1+ Network Zone Sandbox.
