Instructions for Completing Table

  1. Ex Libris will complete the blue columns to indicate colleges' data is ready for review.

  2. Colleges will complete green columns to indicate they have accepted their data.

    1. By selecting Yes in the checkbox below, you are confirming to Ex Libris that your college officially accepts the Alma and Primo environments and the data provided.

    2. Each time you complete an acceptance, please tag @Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) in the comments box to indicate your acceptance is complete.

    3. If you have issues, please select No, provide details in the table and tag Andrea or Russell.

Yes, it is possible for you to change the default view. Your attachment shows that it is already set to 01OCLS_BOREAL:Boreal. This request is outside the scope of Primo VE acceptance, and if you need help you can ask on Basecamp.

Primo acceptance should be based on certain quick verifications.

  1. Does your browser reach your Primo VE landing page as expected?

  2. Are you able to retrieve Alma and CDI records? (not an exhaustive verification of all content from multiple sources, just a verification that records are retrieved in a Primo VE search).
