  • Configuration Freeze - You must complete all necessary configuration changes (locations, TOUs, etc.) in Alma by end of day on June 28.

July 8

  • Alma Lockout You cannot log into Alma/Primo at all until Ex Libris releases them to you for data review and acceptance

July 21-22

  • Data Review and Acceptance Timeline (more details in June 28 Alma Essentials Training weekly project meeting)

This section highlights communications activities for college liaisons/communications & marketing staff. Please see the Launch Communications Plan for more details:

  • Last week, an intro email about Page 1+ launch was to be distributed to library staff and faculty.

  • Begin preparations for your student campaign (promo material, social media posts, website content, etc.).

  • In early July, the Page 1+ newsletter will go to CLO members with information about the launch.

  • Phase 2 of Launch Communications material (reminder emails for staff & faculty) will be available soon.

Training

  • A reminder that colleges are responsible for training their staff.

  • Please see the Page 1+ LibGuide for information & resources to assist you.

  • Added a new resource for EDS users and their transition to Primo - see EDS to Primo page.

  • Wednesday’s study group will provide a review of material available on the LibGuide.
