Symphony Data Extracts and Validation Update

We are very happy to announce that OCLS has extracted all Symphony college data files except for Acquisitions data (Vendors, Orders, Invoices, and Funds). In addition, Mapping and Migration Forms have been created in the validation process based on the data files extracted. Data extracts have been loaded to MFT Folders on your behalf and Mapping and Migration Forms are available from OCLS FTP.

OCLS is working on a solution for Acquisitions data extracts and hope to have more information available by Thursday. Ex Libris has agreed to extend the Acquisitions extracted data due date for those colleges.
The following colleges do not have mapping and migration forms included on the OCLS FTP because they are pending Acquisitions data extracts or have zero records in an extract file: Algonquin, Centennial, Confederation, Humber, George Brown.
The following material is available from our SFTP sites in the ‘OCLS > out > Extract for ALMA folder.
