ILS Data Extracts, Mapping and Migration

OCLS has extracted all Symphony college data files except for Acquisitions data (Vendors, Orders, Invoices, and Funds). In addition, Mapping and Migration Forms have been created in the validation process based on the data files extracted. Data extracts have been loaded to MFT Folders on your behalf and Mapping and Migration Forms are available from OCLS FTP.
