The Page 1+ Alma & Primo LibGuide has been updated:
- New Marketing section that contains Branding, Promotional Material & Communications
- New Communications page with comms plan and draft content
- New Promotional Material page with designs and messaging
- Sample college training plans have been added to Training Your Users
Please share the Page 1+ Alma & Primo LibGuide widely as it is our central resource for training, branding, launch communication, and much more. It’s important that library staff are aware of the resources within the Guide.

June 21	Complete 360 Reports (360 Customers Only) Complete P2E Input Files Complete Final e-Resource Activation Forms (Non-360 Customers) Complete Final Migration Forms
June 28	Configuration Freeze - You must complete all necessary configuration changes (locations, TOUs, etc.) in Alma before June 28.
July 8	Alma Lockout you cannot log into Alma/Primo anymore until Ex Libris releases them to you for data review and acceptance
July 21-22	Data Review and Acceptance Timeline (more details in June 28 Alma Essentials Training weekly project meeting)
