Library Services Platform (LSP) Support

Description

OCLS provides support to college libraries for the shared Alma/Primo VE LSP. 

As part of this service, OCLS:

  • Troubleshoots and escalates issues through the OCLS help desk

  • Liaises with vendors and advocates on behalf of college libraries

  • Manages eresources in the Network Zone

  • Provides information, training and documentation on best practices related to the shared LSP

  • Facilitates collaboration amongst colleges through communities of practice, study groups and discussion forums
