Remote Access | RA
Description
Remote Access (RA) is a cost-recovery service that enables off-campus library users to access their college’s online resources securely using their institutional credentials and EZproxy software.
EZproxy is an access and authentication software produced by OCLC that acts as an intermediary between users and the licensed resources to which their college subscribes.
Through OCLS’s centralized management of EZproxy and technical support, participating colleges save on human resource costs and take advantage of cross service efficiencies when setting up new consortial subscriptions with OCLS’s eResource Management service.
