P2E Files

Overview

Bibliographic records for electronic resources in Evergreen will be initially migrated as physical item records into Alma. The P2E process converts them to electronic portfolios. The P2E process involves identifying electronic resources included in your catalogue that are not in the Alma Community Zone and not activated via the link resolver activation sheet.

2. Provide a file of bib record numbers (CSV format) that identify electronic resources: 

   1. Col.1 = the bib record #

   2. Col.2 = e-holding type (portfolio, database
