Get Ready (Jul - Aug)

The Get Ready Phase is an opportunity for library staff to orient themselves to basic Alma and Primo principals and to prepare for the allocation of resources that will be needed to make the implementation project a success. The materials in this section will be valuable to review even once this phase is complete.
