The Onboarding phase is an opportunity for Ex Libris to get to know the libraries and for the libraries to get to know Alma and Primo. It is also a practice run before our actual Cutover.

We will be preparing for our test load by creating draft migration and mapping forms to assist with the transfer of bibliographic data as well as completing forms to direct the handling of electronic resources in Alma. We will have a second chance to complete many of these forms again during the Build Phase.
