Important Updates

Congratulations on finishing our Alma Workshop! And thank you to Jessica for sharing all her Alma expertise with us. All the recordings are available on https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CI/pages/438108189. The workshop was an excellent starting point for considering your workflows in Alma. Discussions will continue in our weekly project meetings and study groups.

Electronic Collection Change Reportarchived provides a running update of changes made to electronic collections in the Network Zone. CLSP college liaisons have been added as Watchers to this page and will receive a notification from Confluence when new updates are added to the page.
Special OCLS Notices is a new section which provides a categorized overview of notices (blog posts) related specific areas, including CLSP Consortium Notices, E-resources in the Network Zone and Symphony Notices. These notices will also be available in the News & Announcement blog as well.

Notes for Cutover (for Ex Libris and OCLS)archived contains a Notes for Cutover section to track items that Ex Libris and/or the college will need to be aware of for Cutover. The Individual College Notes pages can only be viewed by college liaisons. The Ex Libris team will make edits to these pages after discussing items with college staff.

Weekly project meetings Tuesdays @1:00 pm - CDI Troubleshooting
Wednesday, Mar. 9 @12 noon - Study Group session is replaced by a special branding presentation where brand principles and name directions will be presented.
Thursday, Mar. 10 @ 1:30 pm - Alma Digital Demo by Ex Libris on March 10 (see link for invite)
