Each college received an implementation environment with test load of migrated data from Evergreen. Colleges were provided with login credentials and access URL’s by email. Testload migration statistics were attached to an email and sent directly to colleges with this access information. Five reports were also uploaded to basecamp: “Docs & Files > Test Load Reports > College Name” for your review.

Please start with 01OCLS_COLLEGENAME_Testload_Migration_Stats-exl.xlsm (attached) which contains your main statistics including rejected records.

Next steps:

  1. Look for a second email with attached passwords for Alma and the Developers Network

  2. Test the Alma URL and login as admin

  3. Follow the directions of “How to setup users” posted to the Test Load folder to add passwords and user roles to staff members or create a generic Testing User with minimum roles. 

  4. Review the Test Load statistical reports in basecamp

  5. See Testing Migrated Data for additional aids in testing.

  6. Review the Data Review meeting recording.
