During Onboarding we will confirm logins for those who will be submitting cases.

To confirm or create access to the Support Center, go to https://support.proquest.com and click Login

If you have already have a Support Center account and this is your first time using the new Support Center since it launched November 8, 2021, please reset your password first by clicking reset your password or Forgot your password?

When you have logged in, please confirm you can submit a case for both Alma and Primo.

If you have do not have a Support Center account and will be submitting cases, click Register to access the Support Center.

Once you have confirmed that you can submit a case for both Alma and Primo, you can give a colleague access to your institutional cases in the Support Center using the instructions on the page linked below.
