Introduction
The tables below will be used to capture important notes for Cutover including actions that must be taken prior to migration as well as your library’s data migration preferences. Please follow the instructions included with each table. Please complete sections for colleges by April 29th.

From Andrea (5/5)” @Lingling Jiang , was there a decision on any changes needed to patron mapping for Cutover? Thanks! If you’re not sure, you can review the baseline form and make changes after. From Lingling (05/06): @Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) , there are a couple of changes we want to make: 1) map USER_XINFO.CELL_PHONE to USER_ADDR2.PHONE; 2)some changes around notes but not fully decided yet. will review and make those changes once we have the baseline form.
From Andrea (5/6) : ok, @Lingling Jiang . I made the change to the phone number mapping. Please be sure to check this on the version that comes out of the data validator. Sirsi has so many address elements/possibilities, let’s double-check the result at that stage. | Yes No
