Introduction
The tables below will be used to capture important notes for Cutover including actions that must be taken prior to migration as well as your library’s data migration preferences. Please follow the instructions included with each table. Please complete sections for colleges by April 29th.
Notes for Cutover (For Ex Libris and Colleges to Complete)
Complete each action item assigned to the College below. Select the check box next to the action item when the item is complete. New items should only be added to this table by Ex Libris. Please contact Ex Libris via Basecamp for questions about these action items.

Data Extract Tracking (For Sirsi Colleges and OCLS to Complete)
This table will be used to capture details of the data extract scope indicated above in the Data Preferences table. You may prefer to exclude records from the data extracts that OCLS will complete on your behalf. Use the second column of this table to provide the details OCLS will use to exclude data from your extracts if this is your preference. For example, indicate “exclude bib records that contain 996=Proquest. You will find examples of exclusion identifiers in the third column. Please provide whatever information will be necessary to identify records for exclusion.

hi Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) we’re planning on starting fresh for courses and reading lists for September. We don’t have any courses in Sirsi and we’ve cleaned up most of our course reserve records for cutover (there are probably only one or two bibs that will be migrated to attach to new courses for the fall). Any courses and reading lists in Alma now have just been me working through the workflows and testing things out so don’t need to retain them for go-live. Thanks, Tony

most of our fulfillment data looks good - users are ok and all of the loans migrated successfully, but there is an issue with 2 of the loans (I searched Physical Items > Process Type = Loan)
the loan date, due date, barcode are all correct, but in Alma it is showing the wrong title and author
but when I look at the fulfillment activities for the 2 users it has the correct title, but if I search the barcode it displays a different record (possibly linked to a different record in NZ?)
Here are the details - could you take a look to see if there’s a way to fix these 2 loans

Hi, aonorato (Deactivated) . This does not appear to be a migration issue, so I’ll notify the other consultants this needs to be fixed in Alma. You are correct, it is related to NZ linking. I understand from your perspective it is “wrong,” but the NZ-IZ matching worked as specified. The original NZ bib looked like
And the bib in your data associated with barcode 300000625005 has the same 035 as the one above:
As I said, I’ll notify Laney and let her know you need some help getting these two bibs linked to the correct ones in the NZ.

I ask because I see you are not retaining courses, and you are not planning on giving us an extract. This is ok, I just want to make sure this is really what you want--zero courses in Alma after Cutover. Thanks!
