Potential ideas:

• Streamline ILL Policies across Colleges

  • Establish a collective E-Resources ILL Policy and Practices

    • Consult w/Copyright Officers at respective Colleges

    • Refine existing Electronic Article sharing policies?

• Pilot project for E-Resource Sharing (select priority):

  • 1. Streaming Videos

  • 2. E-books

  • 3. Other?

Parameters:

• Collaboration w/in Ontario College system, with the potential to expand partnership w/in Canada (ie Consortia Canada)

• Determine potential for Funding opportunities ?

• Data required to determine need/appetite w/in College Libraries (ie. formats)

• Data on existing ILL between Colleges

• Vendor contract/license agreement language wrt ILL

• Establish contacts at each College

Pilot Project tasks:

• solicit Vendor participation and develop contract/licensing model

• establish lending structure/model and participant roles
