Data Extracts
OCLS is prepared to create Symphony data extract files for the data types listed in the table below.
Printed to Electronic (P2E) will be the responsibility of colleges as OCLS needs input from colleges on which records require P2E. Please see the eResource Migration Backgrounder and P2E Instructions for details.
Acquisitions related data such as Orders, and Invoices have will be the responsibility of the colleges. OCLS will provide Vendor data extracts for colleges that wish to migrate acquisitions data.
Colleges can track the status of data extracts being completed by OCLS in the tables below.
Data Validation
We are still investigating the data validation process. Colleges may be required to complete data validation.
