2. Sheridan experiencing security access issue to Primo VE using regular URL (college friendly URL as opposed to ExLibris URL) which was a security certificate issue (can confirm by using the exlibris url:

If access is fine with the ExLibris URL than it is a local security certificate issue. College should have received a notification if the ExLibris URL needs a certificate renewal.
