• Questionnaire tab: you must choose to list either a Central order library, or a Default--not both. At Test Load St_James was central, so I deleted the “Default.” But, since you aren’t migrating funds this time, this question is just a formality.

• User Groups tab: I cleared out the notes you made in some rows, since they were interfering with migration from validation. No migration options changed.

• Base Status tab: I removed HOLDS and CHECKEDOUT since these statuses are set via the loans and requests extracts

3. User Groups Tab: added a user group missing from the form: STUDENTEXT. Please make sure it’s in our data as the spreadsheet sheet you previously sent only includes item information . Thanks a lot!

 June 30 @Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) , Hi Andrea, I just wonder whether it’s too late to make one small edit in the migration form: in the “Item Material” tab, map REF-BOOK to MANUSCRIPT. I know it sounds weird but we’ll change it after Go Live. The reason is the material type REF-BOOK is supposed to be globally changed to the location “Reference” to tell them apart from regular books, however, I just noticed this global change didn’t happen… So have to map them somewhere to avoid them being mixed with regular books. So sorry for this late notice and I hope we can still make the edit. Please let me know. Thanks!
