We would like to begin a migration project for colleges with existing digital repositories in February 2023 and a go-live date in June. We are asking colleges with content for migration to complete the attached Alma Digital Implementation Form. We will schedule an Onboarding meeting for the migration project in February and our Project Kickoff meeting in early March. The project will include weekly project meetings beginning in March and we estimate the need for approximately 10-20% of one FTE staff member time to manage the migration in each library.

We will invite all colleges to participate in the weekly sessions that begin the week of March 6th so that those who wish to go deeper and explore more of the digital resource management functionality in Alma can join in.

Please complete the attached Alma D Implementation Form by Friday, February 3rd if your library is planning to migrate content to Alma from an existing digital repository. Let us know if you have any questions at anytime.
