 Shannon Arsenault , I am providing you a copy of your draft field mapping with the “serial control” tab unlocked, as well as the “Bibs & Items” tab.

Serial control: since you have change d your bib mathcpoint to be SISAC_ID. I didn't know if you wanted to put the old Sirsi SERC_TITLE_KEY field into a note, to bring it into Alma s a reference. Up to you.

Bibs & Items: unlocked in case you were intending to change mapping for the Item Material--see notes below about the migration form Item Material tab.

Either of the changes above are optional. There is no need to update your field mapping form. Please review a final time to make sure all notes etc, that you want are represented, and you can submit your final.

Shannon Arsenault , I added all the missing “Item Material” values to the item material tab and filled in the mapping. If you disagree with the assignments I made, you can download and edit the form above, or reassign the material types in bulk after Go Live.

There was one Haileybury location that wasn't filled in on the “Alma Location” tab, for Sirsi pair HAILEYBURY/AV. I didn’t see an AV location in Alma for Haileybury, so I mapped it to HAILEYBURY/UNASSIGNED. This too can be changed in bulk after Go Live (i.e. move the items to a different location) or you can download and amend the form.

Item Material Type

• In all versions of your field mapping you mapped 999$t to Item Material Type. But your column A values on this tab are actually coming from 999$x. Either 1) update field mapping to point to 999$x for “Item Material” or 2) change the values on the migration form to reflect $t. (You could copy/paste from Column A of the Item type tab, since this also pulls from 999$t.) Let me know your preference. I have not made either change yet.

Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) I can’t seem to make either of the changes you mention. I’m fine with either option, if you can make the change for us. Otherwise we’re good to go.
