ILL at Colleges
The subcommittee may need to get a sense of what types of material being lent before pandemic and what is being lent now.
When dealing with consortial licensing for colleges by OCLS, ILL has been low priority for colleges in the past, but may be changing. Also it would be important to consider that ILL for e-Resources may have impacts for e-Resource team at OCLS.For some colleges (e.g. La Cite) ILL has been minimal.
The subcommittee start with physical items first and Liana keeps updated with activities of Acquisitions/E-Resources Subcommittee.
To gather information about ILL, a survey could be created, for example:
What was your most popular material for ILL? with dropdown options (books, journals, dvds, etc.)
Where do you want to go with ILL?
The audience should be ILL staff, if possible via college liaisons
ACTION ITEM: Katrina to work on initial survey questions on https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/l/c/Bhk1rU8H page.
It will be take 2-3 weeks to develop and then have responses by the end of March.

b. Do the colleges want a NZ Primo Instance? What are potential use cases for a NZ Primo Instance?
