Areas of Responsibility

Training

  • Identifies training priorities with stakeholders

  • Promotes available training

  • Maintains an online training calendar, and

  • Supports the delivery of training and reporting.

 Communications

  • Supports the Project Management Office in providing communication about planning and implementation of the library services platform ensuring information is appropriately distributed to all staff who need to be informed within each library. For example:

    • Support the writing of communication needs of the project whenever possible

    • Recommend and review communications to ensure we are using the voice of participating libraries.

PR

  • Supporting change management, through marketing and PR initiatives. For example:

    • Develops a timeline and delivery of key marketing and public relations initiatives

    • Provide marketing and public relations training to disseminate best practices to CLO18

    • Branding - Help create a brand for us.

    • Empower others to promote - templates etc.
