The Ex Libris software is a SaaS model and will integrate with colleges' student information systems, financial systems, and other important areas under the purview of college Information Technology services. It is important that IT professionals responsible for data security and privacy understand the impact of this integration and feel comfortable with the level of data security, privacy, and compliance measures instituted at Ex Libris.

Ex Libris has submitted a request for the SOC 2 report. It will be available here as soon as it is received by the Project Management Office.
HECVAT
Ex Libris completed a Higher Education Cloud Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT) during the RFP period. They are currently working to update a new HECVAT with responses to comments made during the proposal review period. The updated version will be available here as soon as it is received by the Project Management Office.
