Tips for Testing Links in Primo VE
To test if links are working properly, you will need to search for specific titles in a package, rather than the name of a package itself.
Specific titles can be found on title lists or by looking at what your library currently has access to through your e-Resources.
After you select a title you know you have access to, search for this title in Primo. Ensure authentication is working correctly by looking for obvious and more subtle signs of authentication:
The Primo link takes users to the right location.
The link has full text and/or download of the article available.
The link takes you through the proxy.
The URL you are linked to looks correct.
You have access to all the dates of the resource you should have access to.
