Finalize SIS Integration Decisions for Improved Analytics Briefing Note (Amanda)

Amanda added the statistic categories “semester” and “credentials” with the comment that these categories are under consideration and we are aware that not all colleges may be able to provide this information.

It is decided to postpone finalizing briefing note until after Analytics meeting on January 28 and to obtain feedback from the CLO Assessment Committee in the meantime.

https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/l/c/QdJfqwAx

Part 1 of Page

The subcommittee agrees the information is useful to share with college IT and should be published. The goal is to publish the page before the IT meeting on Monday afternoon.

ACTION ITEM: Aura will clean up the first part of the page with information from Thomas and circulate for review. Please provide feedback to Aura by Monday @11am.

Part 2 of Page Peer-to-Peer Contacts

This content will go onto a separate private page. Members of the subcommittee will act as facilitators to connect people based on systems (e.g. Amanda and Banner cohort). The focus of this page is integrations that require IT support as this point, but feel free to add helpful content.

ACTION ITEM: Aura to update original private page just for Peer-to-Peer Contact info.

Mapping Stats for Analytics

IT can create import data and then you can map it in Alma using a configuration table as supported by Amanda’s research and Danielle’s experience. This is outlined in the briefing note.
