OCLS is prepared to create data extract files for the data types listed in the table below. We are still investigating the data validation process. Colleges may be required to complete data validation.
Printed to Electronic (P2E) will be the responsibility of colleges.
Acquisitions related data such as, Funds, Vendors, Orders, and Invoices have yet to be determined. We will know more after the Acquisitions Data Migration meeting with Ex Libris on October 5th.
