Description
OCLS provides support to college libraries for the shared Alma/Primo VE Library Services Platform (LSP).
As part of this service, OCLS:
Troubleshoots and escalates issues through the OCLS helpdesk
Liaises with vendors and advocates on behalf of college libraries
Manages eResources in the Network Zone
Provides information, training and documentation on best practices related to the shared LSP
Facilitates collaboration amongst colleges through communities of practice, study groups and discussion forums
