The OCLS Help Desk is the first point of contact for the Page 1+ Consortium and Remote Access (RA) service support. During regular working hours, designated OCLS staff monitor the Help Desk for requests and triage accordingly. This allows for better response time and resolution while providing central oversight of issues across the Page 1+ Consortium and its suite of servicesconsortium.
