The Ex Libris software is a SaaS model and will integrate with colleges' student information systems, financial systems, and other important areas under the purview of college Information Technology services. It is important that IT professionals responsible for data security and privacy at the college understand the impact of this integration and feel comfortable with the level of data security, privacy, and compliance measures instituted at in place by Ex Libris.
Please review this information thoroughly and notify your college library team as well as the Project Management Office (lgiovando@ocls.ca) immediately before Tuesday, July 20th 2021 if you have concerns.
