Introduction
The tables below will be used to capture important notes for Cutover including actions that must be taken prior to migration as well as your library’s data migration preferences. Please follow the instructions included with each table. Please complete sections for colleges by April 29th.

(from Tony, April 26 - we will be using updated user stat categories from our SIS load for current users, all of the new values have been loaded and mapped in Alma. We are considering skipping migrating categories from Sirsi at cutover, but we realize any older/alumni/community/guest accounts not included in the SIS load would be missing stat category values in Alma)

Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) we’ve found a few records in Sirsi that are incorrect and have the library/location Londonmain and Reference, but they should be Cuddy Reference. Are we able to collapse both Reference locations into the Cuddy library during cutover, or will we have to update the location of these items in Alma after go-live? aonorato (Unlicensed) , you can map those locations to an existing Alma location via the migration form mapping. |
