Did you contact your electronic material suppliers to use the Alma Link Resolver?

Electronic material suppliers are vendors that need libraries to register their new base URL, as link resolver requests are now coming from a new ILS. Colleges should contact their vendors. [LG to confirm]. Reach out to vendors you deal with directly. OCLS Is looking into the need for each college to contact vendors managed via ERMA.

Are patron-facing notices sent (e.g. courtesy notices, lost loan notices, borrowing activity letters)?

If you are having issues with these notices, your activated jobs may need to be adjusted by Ex Libris. [LG: this referred to p. 5, but I’m not really sure how to phrase the relationship between activated jobs and these notices]For some, this may relate to the comment on page 5 about activated letters.
