An https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/l/c/gRiYYfpX overarching briefing note has been passed. The briefing note pertains to the decolonization of catalogue terms and work and states libraries recognize the work being done, the work that needs to be done, and the offensive terminology present in current cataloguing language. The briefing note is to act as a collection of recommendations or a guide for any colleges that wish to use it. Colleges are free to use their own pre-existing statements. More information will be included in the upcoming Happy Monday post.
Review the new Analytics page for CLSP Alma & Primo Guide (Aura/Lauren)

Report Templates in Alma Analytics (Liana)
Motion posed to examine further the types of reports that are being used and shared between OCLS and colleges to determine what may need to be replicated in Alma. There was an initial request for colleges to indicate any activities that are done in Sirsi, and would need to be done in Alma. The only reports indicated were OCLS circulation reports.
https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/l/c/BJu7g1brIf shared report templates are needed, the subcommittee may need to consider how the templates would be constructed and shared in Alma.
ACTION ITEM: Lingling Jiang (Sheridan College) will look into Sirsi Reports Sheridan currently uses provided by OCLS and are still needed. And investigate if there is an Alma equivariant available.
