Forgiven unpaid bills in the following order:

1. Unpaid bills with the bill reason PROCESSFEE for all users

2. Unpaid bills with the bill reasons OVERDUE, LOST, LONGOVRDUE, RESERVEOVD, CHARGE, MISC, PRIVILEGE, REPLACEMENT with date billed earlier than 20160831 for all users

3. Unpaid bills with the bill reason OVERDUE and balance owing less than $10

Fix Current Location (999$k) missing or blank issue

To resolve the issue with the transition of the data to Alma where information in the current location (999$k) is blank or the subfield $k is missing for a significant number of physical item records.

For those records, please copy information in 999$l to 999$k (or insert $k if it is missing).

Sirsi doesn’t include 999$k when 999$k and 999$l are the same. There is no point to add 999$k where they are missing. They did not cause any problems.

Clean up unlinked items in User Category 1

After old Patron records are deleted, please remove items which are not linked to any of remaining patron records from User Category 1.

It is recommended not to remove any policies. User category 1 policies that don’t have any users attached will not be migrated to Alma.
