Data Extracts
OCLS is prepared to create data extract files for the data types listed in the table below. We are still investigating the data validation process. Colleges may be required to complete data validation.
Printed to Electronic (P2E) will be the responsibility of colleges as OCLS needs input on which records require P2E.
Acquisitions related data such as , Funds, Vendors, Orders, and Invoices have yet to be determined. We will know more after the Acquisitions Data Migration meeting with Ex Libris on October 5th5.
You Colleges can track the status of data extracts being completed by OCLS in the charge of OCLS with the tables below.
