Welcome to the Page 1+ Implementation Collaboration Space!

This space is used by Ontario college libraries participating in the Page1+ Implementation (previously referred to as the Collaborative Library Services Platform, CLSP). You will find important information from the Implementation Steering Committee, Subcommittees and the Project Management Office. You do not need an account in Confluence or other Atlassian products to view most pages on this site, but you do need an account to edit pages. Please contact Liana Giovando, Project Manager, at lgiovando@ocls.ca to request an account. As an editor, you can add new pages and delete existing content, so please be careful as you navigate the space.

 

Here are a few suggestions to get started:

  • The best way to stay informed of CLSP News and Announcements is by watching for all new blog posts on the site:

    1. Choose your profile picture at the right side of the navigation, then choose Settings

    2. Choose Email.

    3. Choose Edit then choose Subscribe to all blog posts.

    4. Choose Submit.

  • To watch for new changes to other pages:

    1. Go to a page in the space.

    2. Choose Watch and select Watch page or Watch all content in this space.

  • By default, Confluence will assign you as a watcher of any page or blog post that you create or edit. This behavior is called 'autowatch'. 

  • To open links in a new tab, use CTRL+Left Click (Windows) or CMD+Left Click (macOS) or Right click > Open in a new tab.

  • Your institutions spam filter might block Confluence emails. You can add the domain to your safe senders list or just the sender.

 

  • Find your Committee or Subcommittee material in the Implementation Committees pages in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Review the Terms of Reference and project tasks in your Committee or Subcommittee(s)

  • Find important tasks, responsibilities and project scope information on your Committee and Subcommittee(s) pages.
