Aubs and Mugg presentation (60 mins - only agenda item)

Introduction

  • Julie leads engagement and research. Matt and Mat are on the creative side.

  • Aubs & Mugg is a branding studio, focus on observation, collaboration and commitment to craft

  • Use intelligent design, must have a purpose and a drive for choices made

  • Work in a variety of industries, the focus is branding and storytelling

Jess provided info on the role of ISC for A&M

Project

  • The opportunity statement involves a name, brand identity and brand launch plan for the CLSP.

  • The project goals were presented

  • Project scope - at least 3 naming options will be provided, but more will be offered if needed.

    • Need to develop a list of key branded collateral for support brand roll-out.

    • Not in scope is website development, photography and/or video services, or production costs

    • Translation is in scope as long as it is not extensive. If A&M have a concern about extent of translation they will flag it.

  • Research will include obtaining information from stakeholders, larger groups, anonymous survey, etc.

  • Numerous tools will be used to support this work (e.g. Typeform, Mural, etc)

  • Next steps:

    • Internal Stakeholders initial push of information: 10-15 individuals with diverse (size, location, multicultural, unique view) experiences - cover the umbrella of library institutions and experience

      • Will be remote 30 min sessions - casual - answer questions

      • Want people who are very behind-the-scene internal foundational knowledge of CLSP
