Ex Libris has prepared pre-extraction baseline (“version zero”) forms based on your test load forms and changes discussed on the Confederation - Notes for Cutover page. The baseline forms, both Field Mapping and Migration, have been posted below. Please review these forms and follow instructions included in the Sirsi Field Mapping Form Version Tracking table and the Sirsi Migration Form Version Tracking table below.
Tiffany.Miller (Unlicensed) Danielle Emon , we have reviewed your e-Res activation form and have a few comments.
TITLES tab: 197 STANDALONE activations do not have PORTFOLIO_PID or ISBNs. We need some kind of ID to either create the local portfolio, or find a match in the CZ. Please review.
TITLES: Some columns (e.g. ISSN) look to have been deleted from this tab. Please take a look. Were there IDs in this columns that are needed for matching?

On the serial control tab I mapped the old Sirsi SERC_TITLE_KEY to a note field (otherwise it wouldn’t migrate anywhere, since you switched to SISAC_ID as a matchpoint). The tab is unlocked, so you can delete this mapping if you like. I noticed some of your items have 999$v, but “v” wasn’t mapped as “volume.” I unlocked the “Bibs & Items” tab in case you want to add this mapping.
If you are ok with my change and have no further changes yourself, you can post here to confirm you have reviewed/approved of my version. Or, post a new version below if needed and I’ll review. Thanks! |

Use this as a reference for filling out the CO form produced by the validator after June 6th, but DO NOT COPY/PASTE from this form into the CO form.

Use the baseline form posted at left as a REFERENCE ONLY. Be sure to fill in all tabs, including the Questionnaire Tab. When complete, post the new version in the column to the right.

Download THIS VERSION of the migration form in order to make the changes requested in “Action Items” before you submit your final migration form. For “Changes” listed below, there is no action needed unless you want to make a different choice than I did. You can upload your next version below. Changes Questionnaire tab Item Material Tab Action Items Base Status Item Type Tab Please provide mapping for all lines, like 9, 12, etc. You can map these to the “ZZZ”/”No Item Policy” if you don’t want to migrate the ones you had left blank. I added three lines at the bottom--these were in your item subfield report. Plz fill these in, too.
