Delivery Notes

• Migrated ADMIN user’s primary ID was changes to ADMIN-2, to avoid duplication with OOTB Alma admin user.

• Some bibs were listed on P2E where the associated item had no location, so physical inventory was not rejected in the P2E process. See Bib with 951 535318. DB was created as requested, but there is still physical inventory on the bib.

• Around 67K titles have physical holdings in the “ONLINE” location. Review associated bibs for inclusion on P2E for Cutover.

• Course reserves processing unit: there was a bug in migration scripts that created multiple departments in stead of a single department, as requested on the migration form. ExL will fix for Cutover.

• Preferred names: mapping Sirsi "USERNAME" to Alma preferred name caused display issues (since USERNAME included family name and first name). Do not map Sirsi USERNAME to preferred name for Cutover. For Test Load your migration analyst may have amended the mapping to correct it.

• Courses Start date migrated with the date of migration 01/05/2022 due to non-mapped 'date placed'

Click "Manage Customization Package" tab

In section "Download Package" option "Current View Customization Package" will allow you to download a copy of the package to your PC for editing, before re-uploading the revised package.
